Addressing supporters, Mitsotakis asserted that if some individuals sought to turn the elections into a referendum against the government, they would receive a resounding response at the ballot box. He emphasised that citizens had entrusted the government with a significant mandate to bring about change and align Greece with Europe's trajectory, pledging to fulfill this obligation diligently.

Highlighting the government's efforts to address migration challenges, Mitsotakis commended Greece's success in controlling migration flows, particularly along the Evros border. He underscored Greece's commitment to protecting its borders effectively, thereby fulfilling its obligations to its citizens, especially those residing in border areas.

Mitsotakis also reiterated Greece's stance on safeguarding its national sovereignty and sovereign rights while seeking constructive relations with Turkey. He referenced his recent meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Ankara, affirming Greece's unwavering position on key issues.

Discussing government initiatives, Mitsotakis outlined measures to address the aftermath of last year's devastating fires, including the establishment of a committee to oversee the restoration of Evros. He also touched upon economic concerns such as the cost of living and unemployment, expressing optimism for gradual improvements.
